New Start Date for Programs: Friday, June 4th and Saturday, June 5th
As we are sure you are aware, we will not able to start the programs next weekend due to the ongoing Provincial COVID-19 measures. Rather than starting on the first weekend of May, the program is now scheduled to start on the first weekend of June. Even this date may be subject to change, depending on which phase of reopening we are in at that time.
We do fully expect to complete all of the sessions as planned and to deliver the full 8-week program as promised. If for any reason we are unable to complete all or part of the program (e.g. if we had to shorten the program to 6 sessions or similar) there would be a refund for the part of the program that cannot be completed.
Free Online Coaching Session on Saturday, May 1st
We are as disappointed as you are that we will not be able to kick-off next weekend as planned. However, in order to get the kids active and excited about the program, and as a way of thanking all of you for your patience during these unpredictable times, coach Sanjeev is going to offer a free online coaching session on Saturday 1st of May at 9am. This would have been the weekend that the program was originally scheduled to start. The session will be conducted live and online, and you will be able to tune in via Google Meet. The session will be suitable for kids and their parents to work on on their own in the back garden, the park, or maybe even the basement!
It is completely FREE (and optional) and is a bonus for participants: you will still receive the full 8-week session once we are ready to gather together safely on the field.
We will send another e-mail out next week with full details and the login link for the session.
Online Information Session: Thursday, April 29th, 8pm
We've also decided to hold an online information meeting at 8pm this coming Thursday, where the coaching staff will give you a run down of the details of what the kids will be doing in the program and allow you to ask the admin staff any questions that you may want to have clarified about any other aspects of the program.
We will send the full details of this meeting to you on Wednesday. We will make both the information session and the training session open to anyone, so if you have friends or family that are still thinking of signing up, feel free to pass on the details once we send them out next week,
